Volunteer Positions:
Thank you to those of you who have turned in your volunteer position sheets. We are recording your preferences and will be contacting you. Those of you who have signed up for a larger responsibility or an event which is coming up soon will hear from us shortly. If you signed up for an event which occurs later in the year, you will hear from us closer to the event. We will be passing your information on to the appropriate team leads.
If a position says ‘pending’, it means that someone is considering it and the position is likely to be filled soon. We are not posting contact information on the web due to privacy issues. When the electronic directory comes out by email, you can use it to look up contact information. There will also be a limited number of rosters available in the office. At this point, the roster is very fluid and changes daily as more volunteer forms come in.
If you have not yet turned in your volunteer sheet, there is still time. Please remember to fill out your name as we have already had at least one form without a name come in. Thank you in advance for providing your child and their classmates with a great educational experience.
